In this world technology takes over most of our lives and is very convenient to us, it’s easy to forget how important getting outside and working out is, it’s not totally just about how you look, but it can help you tremendously physically and mentally whether if you’re someone who hasn’t stepped foot into a gym or works out occasionally blog post will help you and tell you the benefits of having a workout routine. 


When you engage in activity on your body it relieves endorphins. which is also known as the feel-good hormone helps your brain by performing better making you have a more positive feeling, and just have higher mental health. cardiovascular health, such as running, riding a bike, and hiking can help with multiple things, boost Your immune system, lower the risk of chronic disease, and helps you lose weight. stress is also very common in the world right now and exercise has been shown in studies that it can reduce anxiety and depression. When you feel good and look good, and in a good mood it’s hard to be stressed about that.


So now it’s time to get started step one set a goal that you want to achieve in your workouts, such as gaining muscle, losing weight, or just walking 20 minutes a day. Find something you enjoy doing like swimming or traditional gym workouts because whatever gets you in there it’s going to be good. Create a schedule listen to your body and make sure your body is treated well such as hydration and good food.


Working out is not just gaining big muscles and looking strong has a much deeper level than that. Having an overall well-being just by incorporating exercise into your daily routine can improve so many things and if you find something that you enjoy doing, it can make you stay consistent. for a healthier longer happier life

  1. Working out is great for your mental health. I get out on my bike everyday to gain a few endorphins and breath in the fresh air. I can say that since I started doing that, I feel much better. My body now craves it, I look forward to that time in the afternoon right before the sun goes down.

  4. Max--Your blog is looking pretty good so far. You have some visual engagement, but don't forget about providing more engagement and support with images and links. You have some interesting content and ideas, but you are a bit brief in your development and analysis at times. Keep thinking about rhetoric and how to lead your reader into your topic, build point and support, and close your entry. Keep developing and analyzing and connecting to your audience.
