For a lot of people coffee is more than just a morning routine. The rich smell, endless flavors, and stimulations it sends to the brain are some of the reasons why coffee is the most loved beverage in the world. But what a lot of people don’t know is that coffee actually brings more to the table than just a pick me up in the morning, or something to get you through the day. In this blog I will be sharing to you what the benefits of coffee are and why it’s actually good for you!

Coffee is loaded with antioxidants which helps the body and brain reduce stress as well as inflammation. Antioxidants help the body in numerous ways. From damage reducing risks to diseases, for example cancer. Coffee also has the capability of boosting alertness, improving brain function and enhancing focus. Due to the fact that the caffeine sourced in coffee is a natural stimulant that releases dopamine to enhance focus and mood. When drinking coffee, mental clarity is also a big one. That's why a lot of people drink coffee while they’re doing work because it increases clarity and function and makes someone work a lot better.

Next I’ll be sharing some reasons coffee can lower risks of health conditions. Coffee can lower risk in certain diseases regular coffee drinkers lower the risk of type two diabetes Parkinson’s disease due to the natural caffeine but there are some people in the world that drink coffee excessively but if you keep it in moderation, it’s actually very beneficial, such as it improves, blood function through the body, lowers blood pressure reduces inflammation, which all help the heart and stay healthy. The natural caffeine that coffee gives you actually will help your physical performance by giving you a little boost of energy while you’re working out and help you increase mind muscle connection to get you through the workouts.

In conclusion, coffee is more than just a pick me up delicious beverage, it has super high health benefits, backed by science, such as the antioxidants, the health of reducing the risk of heart diseases, increasing physical performance, increasing mental performance. Just keep it in moderation. The bad thing these days is you can go to Starbucks to get a coffee with 70 g of sugar and that’s not healthy. Just be mindful of sugar and cream content. 1. Hi, I have learned a lot about coffee from my job but I never looked at it as how it can be beneficial besides waking you. It is cool to see how it can help lower your risk of diseases especially when I hear people all the time say to quit coffee it is so much better for you.

  2. This is all great information. For me at least, the only problem is that coffee without cream and sugar tastes terrible. I have to overload on both to get it down, and by that point, I'm drinking more sugar than coffee. I wish I could just down a cup of straight black coffee the way some people can.

OCTOBER BLOG #6 In this blog, I'm excited to share why October stands out as the finest month of the year. The weather during this month is nothing short of perfection, and that's a deal-breaker for me. With early sunsets, we have the luxury of spending extended evenings with our family, gathered around the fireplace. It's neither too hot nor too cold; it's just perfect for a myriad of activities. Whether it's a trip to your favorite coffee shop for a delicious pumpkin spice latte or something else, there's no shortage of ways to enjoy the season. One of the most beloved traditions in October is carving pumpkins to create the most unique and scary jack-o'-lanterns. October isn't just about pumpkin carving. In Arizona, we have numerous festivals, including the state fair, which...
